Autocoaching® provides in its pages coaching services aimed for personal knowledge. These services will be, at first, free, although Autocoaching reserves the right to change in any moment and without prior notification, the conditions of these services.

Code of conduct

Autocoaching® has the intention of not providing any unlawful, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, degrading or bad taste content in its systems. The user agrees not to introduce any type of the before mentioned contents, and also warn this systems administrator if he finds any. The user is the only one responsible of the contents introduced by him.

Intelectual and Industrial Property

Autocoaching© tries to act honestly, contributing with technological and social development. If you come across any content and consider it harmful to any of your product (by direct reference), don't hesitate in getting in contact with the administrator in order to remove it from the system.

Autocoaching© is completely registered in all these areas ( European brand 17637207-Española NO266493), used methodology (Registro M-5105/200), data base (Registro M-5107/200), content (Registro M-5105/200) and drawings (Número de depósito D 0504703-001 a 010).

The user will not re-use any of the Autocoaching® property content by any media or format.

General Conditions

The use of Autocoaching involves the unconditional acceptance of the conditions shown on this document. The access and use of the system does not provide the users any privilege or rights over the property of the contents here published.

Autocoaching© informs that the motive and hygienic factors and changes suggested are merely informative, and is not responsible of its wrong interpretation or use. Autocoaching is not responsible of mistakes, errors, inaccuracy of the shown contents.Autocoaching® doesn't guarantee the current events or the accuracy of the information shown in its pages.Autocoaching® is not responsible of any direct or indirect damage caused by the user.

Likewise Autocoaching is not responsible of any direct or indirect damage produced to the user caused by lack of system availability (whatever the cause), data loss or lack of current events or accuracy.

Autocoaching© warns the users that any attempt of breaking the security and access systems can imply civil and criminal responsibilities. Autocoaching reserves the right to cancel or change the conditions in any moment and without notice. Autocoaching also reserves the right of restricting or eliminating its system's access whenever it is considered necessary and without notice.

Autocoaching® reserves the right to update, change and eliminate the contents shown in its pages (including any info inserted by users), at any time and without notice.

Personal Data Treatment

Autocoaching© agrees to carry out all the correct procedures related to the personal data treatment.

All info inserted by the user, in each form, will be stored in a data base (or data file).In compliance with the valid laws, this file is registered in the Protection Database Agency the 18th of June, 2007 with nºT07498/2007.

The user will be responsible of the veracity and relevance of the information he introduces. The user should only provide any data in his own name, being totally forbidden to act under any other name. Introducing his e-mail address he is accepting to receive the necessary mails and also accepts to receive improvement, recommendations, informative bulletins and other notifications (even advertising). Autocoaching will ask the users to give them the necessary information in order to use this service. The user of this service will be able to request the access, changes or removal of his data using the correct forms that are supplied or can contact with admin@autocoaching.info.

The user, might receive and/or will have to introduce a password in order to guarantee that he is the only person that can update or erase any info introduced by him.

The confidential maintenance of passwords that will be offered in the different services of Autocoaching will be the users total responsibility. In case of loosing or if change is required of a password, the user must get in touch with the administrator immediately.

Autocoaching© will not send the password more than once, because it will be stored encoded. It will always be possible to request a new one by either getting in touch with the administrator or using the right forms

The personal user information not demanded and introduced in Autocoaching, for example free text fields, will be made public, and will be accessible for all users that have accessibility in those fields. If the user (you) does not want the information to be read by others, please do not introduce in the free text field areas or do not register in this service. We recommend you not to give more information than the strictly necessary. Due to the special treatment that certain type of information requires, it is totally forbidden to introduce personal information and specially :political affiliation, sexual preferences, bank account numbers, religion, beliefs, health, racial or ethnic origin.

If you want to change or erase info introduced by user, you can get in touch with the administrator as fast as possible, we will attend your petition.

Law and applicable courts

Any demand against Autocoaching® will judged exclusively according to the Spanish laws and the Courts and high-courts of Madrid (Spain).
